Questions
Does paying change my reviews?
No. Payment never changes which reviews show, their order or the rating. You can reply in public. Anyone can report a review that breaks our review policy.
Do you send me leads?
No. Homeowners call you or visit your website direct. There are no lead fees.
Why is my business already listed?
We list companies that pass our contact check: a confirmed phone, a live website, and roofing, siding or gutters named on that site. Claiming lets you control what the profile says.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your account and choose “Manage billing”. Your profile stays claimed until the end of the year you paid for. Then it goes back to a free listing.
What if my business closes?
Mark it closed in your account and give the date. The profile shows “Permanently closed” and leaves city lists and search. Your subscription ends.
Can I remove my listing?
Not while the business still trades. This keeps reviews honest. If the business closes, mark it closed.
