Report a closed business
Use the closed business form. We check and take the profile down.
Report a review
Each review has a “Report this review” link on the profile. Use it and tell us what breaks the review policy. There is no need to email.
Claimed Profiles, billing and refunds
Owners can change or cancel a plan from the owner login. For a refund, email us from the address on your account. See the refund policy.
Privacy requests
To see or delete the data we hold about you, email us. The privacy policy says what we store and for how long.
Press and partnerships
Email the same address. Put “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line.
