About roof repair
Most roof repairs fix one problem: a leak, a few missing shingles, a cracked boot around a pipe, or flashing that has pulled away from a wall or chimney. A good repair starts with finding where the water gets in, which is often not where it shows inside. Small repairs done early keep a roof going for years.
