Emergency roof repair is the fast first step when water is coming in: a tarp or a temporary patch to stop the damage spreading, often the same day. The lasting repair comes later, in daylight, after the roofer has seen the whole problem. Expect to pay more for a same-day call-out, and get the price for the emergency work before anyone goes up.
